So I bought and installed Just Cause 3 yesterday and the optimisation in this game is absolutely aweful. It is unplayable! I have stuttering audio, stuttering and unstable FPS and general stuff assosiated with bad optimisation.

It is just dreadful and I'm very disapointed. Does anyone know any fixes or anything to help?

Stuttering even on a 970? I'm surprised.

Maybe you have a janky driver? Works fine in my friend's rig with a 970 + 3570k.

This plus also OP what are your settings? Resolution? Yes the game is poorly optimized for the time being you can forget about maxing out settings on a 970 but it shouldn't be just flatout unplayable at say medium to high settings at 1080p

Not really. I had to down load 2 drivers to get it to work. Even then I would crash on occasion. They recently released an update so some of the issues could be fixed.
