How do i know when to adjust the CPU voltage when overclocking or the North Bridge voltage when overclocking?

Northbridge is intergrated in the CPU, so CPU

 

AMD CPU's have two different "Northbridges."

One of the Northbridge is located on the motherboard (i.e. 990FX).

The other is located internal of the Processor itself -- AKA the CPU-NB. It is basically the Integrated Memory Controller (IMC).
