Werid audio probs

I just built a new pc for xmas and my audio and mic is acting strange... My Mic in on my mother board works but not my audio on my motherboard works and then it is the opposite for my front panel

might be faulty or the connections for the front panel might be faulty as well, doesn't seem like a mic issue.

Are you sure that the front panel is hooked up correctly? 

Just un plugged and re plugged them

did you connect the right connectors to the right headers?
