Posted December 31, 2015 You cannot with that motherboard. The last PCIe x16 slot is wired for x4. NVIDIA requires 8x as a minimum regardless of generation. Posted December 31, 2015 SLI is Nvidias version of crossfire. Well no. SLI came first before Crossfire. Crossfire is AMD's version of SLI technically. NVIDIA didn't even create SLI. Posted December 31, 2015 Did 3DFX create SLI? They were the first to implement it, and then NVIDIA bought them out, redesigning it and giving it a different name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3dfx_Interactive#SLI "It pays to keep an open mind, but not so open your brain falls out." - Carl Sagan. As for overclocking, if you were asking about the CPU you can't because your CPU is locked. You can overclock your 970s but that doesn't depend on the motherboard.
