Second of all a pc builder is not a qualification to build a tablet. Third of all, you can't build a tablet without an established company with money and factories. And I'm pretty sure such a company would not be on a forum and can barely pass middle school grammar class.

You're not going to be able to buy that. You will most likely have to solder 1 off of something else. Then not only that you will have to design and fabricate a pcb theb solder that onto that. Good luck. Btw don't call your self an electrical engineer if you're 15, it makes you sound like an idiot.
