Replacing the caps doesn't fix your actual problem. If I were you, I would replace the PSU and if I didn't have the money, I would wait until I have. Running your rig with faulty PSU is a risk in itself. If the PSU fails, it will most likely destroy your other components as well. If you really have a bad day, it might catch fire and then you risk loosing more than just your PC.

 

Think of it this way: Would you really wanna risk your whole rig or even your own life over 80$?
