Downgrading to Windows 7 Partition question

Soo I'm at the stage of installation with partitioning and formatted my primary drive. I still can't create a new partorion on it though.

What do i do here?

Been playing on a laptop for 6 years, I play Dota 2 with 10fps. Some might say this is impossible, I say its just annoying

Chances are you already have one on it

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

Should I create a new partition then or format one of the other two (One is System the other is OEM Reserved)

What size is your hard drive? Let's consider a 500GB hard drive. Typically, only about 10GB (depending on your OEM manufacturer) is reserved, and everything else is in System (which is usually the largest partition). Go ahead and reformat System and install it there.
