Budget £200-250 Gaming PC

The_Predator

I have a friend who is wanting to switch from a Laptop to a Desktop.
His budget is approximately £200 to £250. I have advised him to save up to afford 'higher-end' components, and therefore it would likely be best to buy parts used, but he wishes to upgrade in the future.

He would like to use the computer particularly for CS:GO, World of Warships and web browsing.

Location: United Kingdom
Aim: Gaming, Web Browsing
Budget: Aprox. £200

Peripherals, PC Case & OS not required

Many Thanks.

This Is a better build

It looks like it has a pentium, no one should have to live with a dual core

Actually in the UK at least you can fit a dedicated GPU into that budget, just live without a case

unless you want to save money with the APU and get a larger SSD or something, there's probably a better PSU you can get for the money, I didn't check

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

He doesn't need that much storage.  250GB will be enough for Windows and many programs.
