You probably want optical than. SS rival is pretty solid. 

So is the Zowie FK1 

Some people swear by the final mouse, also optical. It's nice to use, but be prepare for cheapy housing for the price you pay.

If you like a heavy mouse then I would go with the m65 RGB. That is what I use and it is perfect for a medium sized hand and is nice and hefty. Also its got prudy colors.

For CS:GO you will most likely want a lighter ambidextrous mouse... Many people suggest G502 but that shape isn't ideal for everyone + its heavier for when you want to clear angles really fast. 

 

These are the best in my opinion:

 

Any current Zowie Mouse, they come in different shapes to suit whatever hand size or grip you like to use + they all are very light and have a great Avago 3310 sensor I myself use a Zowie EC2-A and i like it more than my friends DeathAdder which is a similarly shaped mouse.

 

Razer DeathAdder Chroma is also a pretty solid option but people are always worried about build quality with Razer

 

SteelSeries Rival pretty solid for people with bigger hands and has a nice grip.

 

FinalMouse 2015 if you can still somehow buy it (sold out for me) It uses the 3310 sensor which claims to be even better than other products with the same sensor because FinalMouse tuned it for pros also it's one of the lightest

 

Logitech G303 is also really solid uses the same sensor as the G502 but isn't as heavy and the shape is more suited for CS:GO.

Really, as long as a sensor works well at 400 or 800 dpi, has a high enough max speed, and works well on your gaming surface, (if you use a laser sensor, avoid cloth mouspads), and you avoid the dual sensor mice, then sensor should be fine.

 

I am of the opinion that lighter is objectively better. You accelerate faster using less force for a fact, f=ma. And when you use less force you tend to be more accurate. So lighter mice tend to be faster and more accurate imo.

 

Really just find one that is comfortable and light and has at least 1 side button.  Zowie's ZA series, Logitech's g303, Evga x5 and x3, and the Finalmouse are all great options imo.

That mouse isn't optimal as it's very heavy. IMO of course.

you can take some weight out of it, but I don't really care about mouse weight (although I tend to prefer a heavier mouse) it's all just personal opinion.

The m65 has a flawed sensor so that is a no go IMO source
