so im reinstalling (clean installinng) windows 10 on a laptop

 

I can safely delete the system reserved partition correct? and then extend the main partition

Yes.

 

When Clean Installation, it'll create System Reserved again.

Yes.

 

When Clean Installation, it'll create System Reserved again.
