See that Titan X? It was free. I used my words to get it (long story.) I don't see how I wouldn't be able to get Bethesda to at least try and get the games running.

Windows should really be a given. My hardware is fine for running any current game. Why would I think to check the requirements for a 20 year old game? Fallout 1,2, and Tactics simply say "Windows." New Vegas goes up to Windows 7, though no compatibility issues are stated. Fallout 3 specifically describes compatibility issues.
