I really don't like VM's, and I already tried comp. mode. None of the games run for me.

That's odd. Works just fine for me.

 

EDIT: But I only tried Fallout 1, 3, and New Vegas

They don't work at all for me (Vegas runs but my mouse doesn't work)

It is really your fault more than Bethesda.

Sure, the Amazon page only says Windows 8 but if I go into the Steam Store, it states that Fallout 3 GOTY Edition is not compatible with it. Pretty much false advertising.

See that Titan X? It was free. I used my words to get it (long story.) I don't see how I wouldn't be able to get Bethesda to at least try and get the games running.
