Low budget build for MOBAs

Hi guys,

my brother needs a new pc (currently gaming on an old laptop) for mainly Dota2.
Budget is around 350€ (384USD) preferably lower.
This was my first idea, do you have any suggestions or advice?

I'd say it's enough performance. Anything wrong with my selection? I just want to check with you guys...

thats around 330€

He might want to record gameplay.. is this possible with this configuration? I think the gpu does support "shadowplay"...
Location: Germany
No peripherals needed.

Any advice/comment much appreciated :)

(edit) is it worth going for used hardware on ebay?

I will use the German version of PCPartPicker if that's alright, give me 10 minutes and I will come up with a build, in the meantime other users should post ;)

Looks fine to me, just get 8GB of RAM. There's literally zero point in NOT getting 8GB and it'll need it

I'm a fucking AMD kawaii weeaboo desu I have seen the light

Agreed, you have a budget of 350 euros and it's only like an extra 20 euros for the extra 4gb so go for it especially how you're still in budget.

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
