NEED Some software help.

I was building my new pc last night got it up and running and while i was downloading the new drivers it said it needs to restart for a windows driver to be installed. So i then allowed it to restart but as it was posting it then blue screened and said launch with repair (recommended) so i did of course. But then it said i need to install windows 7 with a CD now because it was configured wrong. What do i do? NOTE i dont have windows 7 on a CD so i cant just plop one in.
