GPU getting hot

My 770 hits 75-80C under load, which is safe. 60 is great bud.

So I recently installed a water cooler for my cpu and that's great and all. But now my gpu is getting super hot. Hitting about 60 under pressure and idling at 45. Could this be because I don't have an air cooler on my cpu messing with air flow or what? My GPU is a Gigabye gtx-770 windforce 4gb so with 3 fans, I have no clue why it's getting so hot. 

My fans are 

Front- intake

Side- intake

Back- output

60 is not hot for a graphics card.

60C is fine

60? that's it? the only thing i'm curious about is idling at 45. My 2 fan 780 idles at 35. 

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)
