Are these for gaming? Portable use? Home PC use? Budget?

While I've not used Razer headsets, their keyboards/mouse drivers are absolute garbage.  The also released 'surround sound' emulation software which is also absolute garbage.  Therefore, chances are the headset software/drivers are going to be absolute garbage.  In addition, Logitech headsets also have garbage drivers.  So stay away from those two.

Hmm, there aren't too many good wireless headphones that you can "walk" around with. Sennheiser's got these for exclusively home use http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HDR-160-Headphone/dp/B003ZLCAW2/ref=sr_1_11?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1450999389&sr=1-11&keywords=sennheiser+wireles and these are home use as they require a reciever plugged into your PC to use them.

http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Urbanite-XL-Wireless-Black/dp/B00SJ1KG06/ref=sr_1_7?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1450999445&sr=1-7&keywords=sennheiser+wireless These are more for "walking around" but are very expensive.
