Is my PSU good enough to upgrade to an i5-4430 and 1x8 gb ram?

Intel Pentium G3220

1x4 crucial ddr3 1600 mhz ram

PSU 650w OCZ

powercolor r7 250x 1gb ddr5

If you're gonna game you're gonna want a better GPU :P but yeah your PC can support various upgrades, including the CPU, GPU, and RAM.

Get at least a R9 270 or 280. For the nVidia Path get a 660,670 or 760.
