$150 23"+ monitor

I am looking to buy a monitor this Boxing Day (a Canadian sale like Black Friday but the day after Christmas) my price range is $150 and must be at least 23". What are some suggestions? Please leave the link to a Canadian retailer as prices are way different on American sites because of the dollar. If not just leave the model and I could look it up

Not too picky about, but at least 1080x1920 and hdmi

I'm not too well versed on the Canadian Monitor market, but these two look alright:

 

Asus VN248H

Asus VN238H 

 

I guess they're pretty much the same bar different screen size. I'm sure someone will come with a better suggestion, but if it were up to me I would go for that first Asus option. No idea on shipping to Canada through NewEgg, mind.
