Is this system capable of worse than potato level Gaming ?

I wonder if I can play The Witcher 3 or Dirt 3 or Project Cars(I want to purchase any one game just to finish my winter holidays)

 

I don't really care about fps as long as i can get 24-30 fps avg

 

I don't really care about quality of graphics as long as it can manage PS3 level Graphical settings

 

Is it possible ?

CPU is okay, but i doubt you can run those games decently with iGPU

I can't get a new one till march

Only things I could game on are the PS3, This laptop or my trusty ACER x3810
