You can activate windows 10 with windows 7 and windows 8 keys.

Just wondering if people knew about this? I didn't know until I asked Microsoft about it and a day ago I confirmed that it works 100%. I used a retail boxed windows 7 key, so I'm guessing it would be the exact same with windows 8 keys. Also I think you mite have to have installed update 1155 to have it work, though I'm not a 100% because I waited until I updated that to try it.

Pretty sure this is old news.

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was or not I just never saw anything about it and when I said it in a thread no one seemed sure it would work.
