Building a PC

Hazenga

I am making this thread myself because my friend can't make his account atm.

His max price will be about 1150eur

He has picked out these parts already - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JJ72vK

And also these - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/k3RkMp

Suggestions plez.

E: He also wanted to know how much fps he would get on games like GTA V, Fallout 4, Far Cry 4 etc.

Also how would it all perform while recording videos/streaming while on ultra settings.

Geezus please spend proper money on a PSU. If you can afford a 290X then you can afford a PSU that can actually power it.

Is this build going to be used for gaming? If so, ditch the i7, get an i5, put a 980 in there and you already have better FPS

Is your friend a terrorist?

Because those builds each have a bomb in there.

Get a EVGA 650w G2.

Also you don't need an i7 get an i5 4690k instead it is more than enough. Invest the saved money into a better PSU and Case

This is also a good system that will get really good frame rates with a 970, good rendering and CPU power with the i7 while having lots of storage and RAM. Also all the other parts are solid. Hope this helped :D

Alright, so my friend had other plans because he didn't think it would be necessary to have such a powerful PC for him, so he researched for a bit and put together this - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/937vP6

Does he need to add/change something? Suggestions appreciated.
