Could someone design a gaming pc for around $800 max?

Hi, i want to invest into a gaming pc that can run a steady playable/enjoyable fps on most of the top games out there. The games i play the most are CSGO and H1Z1 but i will buy games like GTA 5, Fallout 4, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Any help? Also, would the pc be able to do any sort of streaming and have good fps?

Just up the PSU and maybe slap in an SSD, should be good to go, afterwards when you get the money you should upgrade to a 144hz free-sync display, they start at around $250

You could also forgo all of that and get a Xeon 1231v3 if you're going to be doing streaming

I would go with a i5 (3th gen or above), 960 for the gpu and a corsair 600w psu. I would also strongly recommend an SSD

guys. don't suggest him to buy like 380 or a 960 when he can afford a 390...

not much point in a 390 unless he already has a 1440p display, otherwise the money is probably better spent on a stronger CPU for streaming
