£15 or so 

in that budget just buy something that looks good to your eye. They will all be shit anyway.

This is the mouse I'm currently using...it changes colors though, not just red but it's working well and I've had it for a couple of months, I do think that it won't last long (or at least the lights wont) since it's fairly cheap but I've only had it for a couple of months so maybe (hopefully) it will last for years. Here's another one I found and you may also look into this one.
