What’s the best way to edit Canon XF100 mxf in Adobe Premiere 6.0

my camera: Canon XF100

my software: Adobe Premiere 6.0

I thought the original file to be okay for Premiere, but i get messages about unknown compression format. Please inform me about the compatible format i must use for editing in Adobe Premiere 6.0.

Get a program called handbrake, it should allow you to convert the files to something premiere would recognize.
