I recently installed a new CPU (Athlon X4 860k) and before I installed it my Power Supply was silent.

Now that I installed it, My PSU began to start making alot of noise than it used to. What should I replace it with?

Also it was making a buzzing noise too, while playing games, not while idle though. Thanks for helping me.

yes i would invest in a better powersupply especially if you plan to upgrade to a better GPU later on...case and PSU bundle always come with crappy PSU.

Could you give me one? As I am new to Computers.

you are in the US?

i would go with something like this...this one will have you covered for the next 5 years at least and will provide room for expansion in case you go with higher end parts down the road...it's not too expensive, cables are nice:

The "500w" PSU included in that case seem to only haave 20A on the +12v rail (240w). By today's standard, it's a 300w at best, and that's not saying anything about the actual quality / performance of the unit.

So yes, you should replaced it. May I asked for your budget?

The Fractal Design Edison 450w M is an excellent power supply for $49.99 USD. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817580017

It's a Seasonic G unit internally.

I'm looking for something that will last under 80$.

In that case, that Fractal Design I had suggested would be an excellent choice. Do you have any sort of upgrades you like to do in the future? Like a graphic card like the GTX 980 Ti or R9 390x for example?

I think just upgrading my ram to 12 and maybe 16 down the road and that's it maybe a few upgrades by next year depending on the games that come out

At the most, your system would be drawing around 200wDC. RAM upgrades won't affect that, and the FD Edison M 450w would give you plenty of room to upgrade. You could even upgrade to a GTX 980 for that matter (although, that Athlon X4 860K would bottleneck it).

Well, yes, it would power it. But it is vastly inferior to the specific Fractal Design and everything else that was mentioned. Spending $10 more on the Edison M is well worth it.
