start at medium default preset and go on from there, if it's all smooth maybe increase the details or lower shadows if its laggy, if you have nvidia shadowplay, just let it set the best profile and you can tinker in the game later on.

Far cry 4 runs on ultra setting with no laggy

but problem is one, dark scene somewhere at cave, home near river etc 

i never saw these problem in Far cry 3, Tomb raider black box, mortal kombat x , GTA V

its first time
