For intel a 5000 series would be beter because I think intel focused on the iGPU in those chips.

FX-6300 cooled by Nepton 240M | EVGA GTX 970 SuperClocked | 8GB G.Skill ValueRAM | Cooler Master 690 III | Sharkoon WMP 500 Bronze

remember to get 2400MHz RAM

it MUST be dual channel (IE: 2x4GB or 2x8GB) or else you will lose FPS

it MUST be 2133 or 2400MHz speed. or else you will lose FPS

get a A88X motherboard for best RAM compatibility and overclocking ability.

I can personally reccommend ASRock or Gigabyte for A88X boards, as ive built 3 compuers with 7850k/7870k myself.

Personally i got a ITX based 7870k build using a Gigabyte board.

My best friend, and my girlfriend each has a ITX ASRock based 7850k system.

works fine, do not expect more then 30FPS @ 1080p

nope.

however, i would suggest you save up a bit and get a FX 6300 over the 4300.

it may not seem like a "huge" upgrade. but in the long term, the FX 6300 will be a better choice.

here is a basic setup:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  ($98.98 @ OutletPC)

Motherboard: ASRock 970M PRO3 Micro ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard  ($63.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory  ($29.99 @ Newegg)

Total: $192.96

Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

this will do you VERY well. CPU wise...

worst case, this will perform like a i3 4130.

best case it will match a i5 4460
