Power cable keeps coming loose.

It's a good budget unit.

I would suggest the EVGA Supernova GS 550w over it though, as it (the GS) is indeed a superior unit than it and will be more than enough for your GTX 960 setup. http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-Supernova-Modular-Power-Supply/dp/B00V5B76LE/

I was browsing the internet on my computer today and it suddenly shuts off and starts making a crackling sound. I found out that the power cable came lose and after pushing it in it came back on. I have tried 3 different power cables and all barley fit in the power supply socket. Should I just get a new PSU or find a way to make it not come loose.

Thanks.

Looking at your PSU, it's crap and you should change it unless you want a firecracker for a PC.

Could you recommend a PSU?

Seasonic, XFX, EVGA GS/G2, Antec HCG

Thanks. Think I will go with antec as they aren't too expensive.
