Need Help With a Budget PC Build

Hi :D I am planning to build a gaming pc, but the problem is I only have 500 US dollars to build it. I am a little stuck on what parts I should get. What I want is something that:

  • Has at least Four CPU cores
  • has USB 3.0 for the case and mobo
  • A case with a side panel window
  • An atleast 100GB SSD and an atleast 1TB hard drive
  • And 16 gigabytes of ram

I also want it to

  • Run Minecraft at 60fps while recording
  • Be able to render cinema 4d and after effects fairly quickly, doesnt need to be to insane though
  • Run some other games at low to medium settings at 40-60fps not recording.

Now, I am not sure if all that stuff is even possible. But if someone could find a way to make it possible that would be great. :D

EDIT: I forgot to tell you that I do NOT need an OS or Peripherals

It is overbudget, yes, but it will perform well for what you are asking, there is no way I could fitr in 16GB and keep the performance, i've cheaped out on the PSU and that'll probably mean other users will insult me, the case has a window and the company is reputable, the R9 380 should perform well in the games you've mentioned as well as running quite well in others, I had to avoid a SSD, you could get one at a later date or swap out the HDD for one. I went for the It 4460, I may be slightly Intel biased.

Ok, I REALLY need the budget to be 530 or less. If you could maybe tone down something?

Sure, I can try. I'm sorry to say that at that price range you are not going to get all the features you asked for, which is unfortunate, I can get you a cheaper case, it will be much cheaper and you'll probably want to buy another at a later date, the case doesn't have USB 3.0. t's upto you  really, do you tone down other aspects of the PC? the Corsair Air 240 is a really good case with a massive window.

That is as low as I can make it without compromising performance, if you want a proper case downgrade the processor or GPU, we don't have enough money to be picky though so I needed to go cheap on certain components.
