I had my disk spike up to 100% each 3 seconds, i lag everywhere, everything is slow etc. I checked task manager and write speed is around 5.1mb/s and it keeps spiking down... help

Hitman Pro is good. I dont know that Avast will pick it up, but good for main virus protection if one needs that.

 

I use malwarebytes all the time, and Hitman Pro in select cases!

I personally have had a great experiences with Hitman Pro, as most of my current PCs are second hand, and were infested with viruses.

Thats me. I always take old PCs of peoples hands and run malwarebytes over them to clean them up. and CCleaner. Love those programs.

 

I still have some half decent lappys i use for surfing web and stuff that i got from people! Best job ever!

The laptop I'm using now I got for setting up 2 1080p monitors for a friend, and it's not that bad (Core 2, 4GB DDR2, etc)
