i would recommend samsung because i know 100% that they have a PC setting

so the unnecessary post-processing and latency is removed, giving a much faster experience

 

I'm not sure what other brands have some PC setting, but with samsung you connect your PC to HDMI1 and rename the input to "PC" and it's like enabling game mode or "low latency" mode
