CS GO: Looking for a Team

Literally yesterday I was MG1 (solo queuing) and deranked because my team lacked good communication. I'm not gonna lie and say I top fragged  (I came 2nd on the leader board with about 28 kills - 18 deaths - 4MVPs). Our problem was teamwork - or rather lack of it.

 

So now I'm now looking for people around the Gold Nova Master - Master Guardian 1&2 range to queue with because the problem in CS:GO (at least for me) is that solo queuing is EXTREMELY unpredictable.
