R9 380s are great, if you can get them at a fair price.

Sorry can you explain further on this? I don't quite understand.

Higher end GPUs with have higher heat outputs or TDP. Any GPU generally that is actually worth buying or having for gaming should by no means have a idle temperature of 17C on air cooling unless it's a low end GPU that isn't actually worth anything for gaming

Why is 17C at idle had though?

If it's at 17C idle on air cooling then it's obviously a low end GPU, even 750TI idles around 25C

True! Thats why I love sites that review that use 'temp over ambient' because what temp they will have wont necessarily be the same with anyone.
