Hey guys. I just played this https://lightsaber.withgoogle.com/experience. I loved it. I am longing for a good PC Star Wars game. Battlefront sort of let me down. Any suggestions? I've already beat the Force Unleashed 2 about 8 times on Xbox so that's out of the question. Graphics don't really matter, though I would like action-based gameplay. Thanks - Covert.

Beat me to it, these^ just note KOTOR can be picky about what it wants to run on.

I have the first KOTOR, it starts out sort of slow for me. Does it get better? More Jedi-Sith combat?

It's a bio ware game, it does start out slow and does get better but it's more about the rpg aspect

Are any of those really old tie fighter games worth trying?

Yeeeees! I bought the entire collection on GOG and dayum it brought me back. You need a joystick though. Also there are graphical overhaul mods that make the games better looking (within reason obviously).

Also jedi knights saga has the best light saber duel mechanics bar none. Really I have no clue why they didn't use it on more recent games. Those online duels were epic.

Haven't played them, I'm sure you could find a lets play of them from some where, honestly a lot of star wars stuff has been crap due to publishers just dumping out a bad or unfinished game cuz star wars can sell. Unfortunately this trend continues......

I see you got an answer from someone else.

I agree with all the recommendations here.  I'd have a look at Republic Commando as well, it's a squad based shooter.  Somewhat short, you could probably finish it in around 4-6 hours depending on the difficulty level, but it was fairly enjoyable once you get used to how it behaves as it is an older game.

Edit: actually it kind of plays a little bit like Battlefront 2 in terms of weapons, movement and environment, but as a first person shooter

I loved Republic Commando. Still has very good graphics and the story is very good. Short, but good.

Battlefront 1 and 2 are very good as well.

If you want space combat, X-Wing Alliance was a good one with I believe around 50 missions. Back in the days when games solo campaigns would last more than 10 hours...
