I need a stress test program for my cpu that is decent and trustworthy, any reccomendations?

Intel XTU, it is free and trustworthy :)

edit: i saw you are rocking amd, idk if it will work but you can still try :)

Aida64 is the best..i didnt recommend prime95..bcause it make your cpu run so much load that ..if your cpu unstable..the pc automatically shut down =.= and it feel bad..

That's the mark of stability... Prime95 is still the gold standard of overclocking stability.

Intel's overclocking software is my preferred program.

You don't get blue screen before shutdown? that dosent sound good. Use something else maybe cpu-burn even though you need to run like 8 windows

Not a fan of aida because its commercial.

i already finished my overclocking from 3.2 to 4.0 and run AIDA64 for around 3-4 hour and a few hour of gaming...the last temp i get after i run the stress test was around 75 to 80..is it Ok?

Sure i did a couple hours gaming on 4ghz oc then stresstest again blue screen 3 times i had to up my voltage for it to be stable.
