Will it run?

I'm getting a R9 380, but I don't have the money to buy a new MBO, CPU etc. so it would be running on rly shitty components.

 

So I have a MSI P45 Neo-F that has a PCI Express 2.0 x16.. and a Pentium E6300.. 4 gigs of ram and thanks god a EVGA 600B PSU.. I'll get a whole new MBO-CPU-RAM combo when I save up some money.. Please note that in this situation GPU is the priority and for some reasons (don't ask why) I can't get the the new MBO-CPU-RAM combo..

 

My only question is Will it run? And will the PCI Express 2.0 x16, the NB, the CPU bottleneck the GPU and how much?

It will run. You will face bottlenecking but it will run as far as your CPU allows.

Cpu will likely hold back the gpu, but it will still be a large improvement over having no gpu. Pci-e 2.0 16x is the same as pci-e 3.0 8x so it will be fine.

 

That PSU should also be able to handle the card.

Let's say a user with normal CPU that won't bottleneck the GPU runs GTA V at 60FPS.. at how much will I run it?

I do know that 4gigs of ram aren't enough and that the cpu probably wont be able to run it.. but hey GTA V is the most optimized game ever created in my opinion

With a R9 380, you will run at nearly max settings at 50+ FPS.

Yeah.. pc I'm using atm is my dads pc.. and components I'm getting will be used in my pc that is curently not in my possesion has good CPU,MBO,RAM.... so thats why I only need to get the GPU, PSU... because I don't need other components in this or my pc as much as I need a good GPU...

I have looked at some reviews and some 4 GB cards can do it.
