Static build-up prevention?

Go to solution Solved by manikyath,

psu plugged in, and turned off with the rocker switch on the back

when you build, start with putting the power supply in the case, screw it down, and plug it in. you now have a grounded workspace.

(PS: grounded power outlets.)

I understand you can use a anti static wrist strap but i don't own one, is touching a pluged in PSU a good back up method?

Build it on a cardboard box, I don't know for the PSU trick
