Question about synching in Premiere

I know how to sync, say camera footage and sound from a zoom, but often Premiere moves the zoom recording to line up with the footage when it syncs them.

The problem with this is that I need the zoom recording to stay where it is. Is there a way to tell Premiere which track I want to stay put when I sync them?
