W10 OS install help (no Optical Disk Drive)

So I recently purchased a computer and i'm ready to assemble the parts this afternoon. However, i've found out that I need an optical disk drive to install my OS in it, and I don't have one at my disposal.

Is there any way to convert/move the disk files safely from the CD to a USB? Note that I dispose of a laptop in order to do the conversion.

If there's any video tutorial on how to do it, i'd be thankful if you'd post the link.

Thanks in advance!

If you have another computer/laptop, you can use Microsofts, Windows 10 tool to download and make a bootable Windows 10 USB.

Please edit the title and change BIOS to OS, they are 2 very different thing.

As the poster above stated, the only way to do it is by using another PC to create the bootable drive, after that its exactly the same process.

Could you list the MoBo, CPU and GPU please so we can see what we are working with.
