How likely is ti that a CPU is dead? Desktop stuck in a restart loop. No post at all. Tried with one stick of ram and gpu, and just one stick of ram. Got to as bare as possible but with out excluding required parts. I plan on replacing the psu to see if it is that. (This system has only worked for 7 months) Is there any chance that the cpu is dead? (4690k)

I was just checking in to make sure the issue was resolved.

OK yes it was, oddly enough . I'm visiting my girlfriend right now (it's her pc that was having this issue and we were troubleshooting over Skype). I took the desktop apart and unplugged all the psu cables and pluged them back in and boom issue fixed. I'm glad it's fixed she was worrying about what was wrong. Thanks for you help :)
