I bought some antistatic bags really cheap to transport my GPU and RAM. Might want to be careful with the CPU but I would definitely bubble wrap and bag them all.

Well, anti-static bags are pretty cheap to get. 

 

I've sent out GPUs in just bubble wrap with no issues, but I wouldn't recommend it. Better safe than sorry.

Buy an anti-static bag, preferably ship it in the motherboard box with some protection around that in a larger box.

for an rma i just put my mobo in the mobo box with nothing else then put the mobo box in a bigger box with some packing paper to make it fit tight, actualy kinda hoping it get damaged in shipping so i can get the insurance money to buy a new board

I'm sure there are some stores that sell them (or PC shops might have some spare if you ask). It's generally cheaper to get them from Amazon or eBay though.

well in that case the only real options are buy some bags  or just bubble wrap it and hope its good which it should be fine
