svchost.exe and my pc stuck at boot bios

my cpu process more than 50% during idle. then, i check process tab in task manager. i found svchost.exe eating my cpu  50%. So, i had deleted svchost.exe in temp folder in windows folder. but still not fix. then, i decided deleted all svchost.exe in every single folder. after that i reboot, my pc stuck at boot bios.what im supposed to do now?

GPU: MSI Gaming AMD R9 280X 3G

PSU: CoolerMaster 1050w Silent hybrid

CPU Fan: CoolerMaster V6GT

RAM: Kingston Hyper X 1600Mhz 8GB

HDD:

       Western Digital Black Caviar 1TB (main HD)

       Western Digital Green 2TB

       Western Digital Passport 1TB (External)

       Seagate Goflex 500GB (External)

       Seagate Black  160GB

For want of a better phrase "you have fucked it".... Better start preping for a reinstall of windows. Dont ever go about deleting system processes or you will break your windows install, I hope you have learned you lesson.
