PC Only boots without CMOS Battery

Weird .. If. I remove it, it'll bout into windows no problem, when I put it back in, it won't boot. Only difference is removing it.

have you tried decharging the capacitors by unpluging the pc and pressing the on button 30 seconds ?

Replace it with a new one.

I think that workedish, Could just be the shitty 350w HP PSU I am using which will hopefully be gone today unless I get another dead one. I'll come back after I install the PSU and see if it boots up on the first try.
