I use MX-4, if you delid one use Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra on the die. If you get an AIO the stock paste on those are actually pretty good usually.

Literally doesn't matter. A 'degree difference' like a lot of people mention is honestly completely within margin. I used the tube Cooler Master gave me with my AIO on my 290 and it works just fine, even better than the stock paste.

I used all kind of Paste over the Years. Never noticed any difference.

doesn't make too much difference honestly... i haven't personally used a huge variety of brands but someone who does computer maint for a living told me that it doesn't make more than ~3 deg of difference between any mainstream pastes

Anyways ya whatever thermal paste you have or want will work, the difference is negligible between types.
