strip it down including disconnecting all cable's, and reconnect 1 by 1 trying it to see if it posts each time.

Does it make any weird sounds or other signs of dying?

The power supply itself may be malfunctioning. Has this computer worked fine before? Or did you just get it?

The motherboard may be shorting out then, if the PSU is in working order(assuming I understood your most recent post correctly).

Try removing the motherboard from your case and attempting to start it up(with the cooler still attached of course). If you don't know how to do that, I can tell you.

You'll need a flat head screwdriver. Find the power switch pinouts and touch the flat head screwdriver to both pins simultaneously. It'll cause the pins to short together causing the motherboard to tell the PSU to turn on and of course turn on the motherboard.

Or I can take the power button out of the case?

You can do that too if you wish.
