S5 mode Asus viii Hero motherboard

For some reason I cannot get my computer to turn on using the motherboards S5 features by hitting the enter key on my keyboard and stuff. How can I get my computer to turn on S5? I tried looking at the program keybot 2 but nothing. Any ideas guys?
