Paid for 980 Ti EVGA Hybrid yesterday, then I saw this email... nothing came tomorrow to my house ( delivery was for today )

Your order has been cancelled pending the information requested. Once we have received and verified your identification we will email confirmation and all further orders will be dispatched without delay. Please allow up to 48 working hours for your identification to be processed and verified. In accordance with the Data Protection Act your details will not be stored or shared with any third party companies and documents will be destroyed once the identification process is complete.

SUPER SKETCH. Don't do it. Call their phone and make sure that it was them. Even if it is them I'd rather cancel the order and make a new one then follow through.

Don't trust anything like this at all. If the website is legit, they will have a phone contact number to call. Call them to verify that they send these emails and if they still want PII to fulfill the order, cancel it.

Just return the GPU and buy it from wherever you live.
