How do I get onto the zpanel webpage!

So I am new to the host your own web server thing and I just installed zpanel to make my life much easier. But once I installed all of the things I need and I have my server up and running I cant access it from the web. I type in the IPv4 adress which is "192.168.0.21" but it doesn't take me to the zpanel webpage, it just takes me to the windows server 2012 access from anywhere page! Plz help me! I cant access my zpanel web server!

have you tried putting your ip address not your local but your public ip

have you tried zpanel.myserver.id in your browser

or your local ip 192.168.0.21:80

Yes I've tried tried all of that!!! Even deleted all the files and reinstalled it!!!

OMG!!! For some reason it just randomly worked!!! Idk why but I can only access it from the actual server not my workstation. But thanks for the help!
