Which one is better? and i've a sabertooth z97 mark 1 would they be compatible?

They will both be compatible with your motherboard, and I would say the 950 is better. However I would highly recommend saving up a bit more and getting the next tier up 960/380, at which point the 380 would win in both value for money and straight up performance. Make sure to go for Sapphire if AMD.

Either of those brands are good, I personally always go EVGA due to their great customer support and warranties, and generally like the look of their cards more. MSI is just as good on quality though.

XFX is also a good alternative. From my understanding their GPU are binned a bit better than Sapphire's, while Sapphire has the better coolers.

The 950 is better than the 370. Quite noticeable i must say.
