I'm having trouble uploading a video to YouTube. It says I don't have a linked YouTube account :(

You can always export the video to your desktop, and then upload it to Youtube via the browser.

I know :( is it normal for my CPU to reach 70C while rendering though? I know its at 100% utilization but that's extremely hot

70C at 100% utilization... at 100% I'd expect those temperatures.

How am I supposed to answer this question?  Your CPU is being utilized by the video editing software when you are rendering out a project, I can't tell you whether you should render it out or not.

 

Maybe you can try to lower the temperature with a better CPU cooler or improved airflow inside the case.
